Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing or by fax (214 -231 2991). Your deposit is non-refundable. There is a non-refundable processing fee of $100 per person for cancellation. This fee reflects only the cost of administering a reservation and cancellation fees incurred. Los Gauchos realizes the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances. The Sportsman Trip Protection is a good way to protect your deposit and trip investment. You can set up for "cancel for any reason" with TravelGuard within 3 days of sending in your Argentina bird hunting deposit. Exceptions to the Los Gauchos cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for leaving a trip early or arriving late and any costs associated with with an unscheduled arrival/departure are the full responsibility of the client. Trip Cancellations or Changes

Los Gauchos Outfitters reserves the right to change tour itineraries or cancel any part of the hunting or fishing trip without notice due to acts of nature, road conditions, insufficient number of participants or other conditions. If we are unable to provide clients with another trip that is satisfactory, a suitable substitue trip shall be organized by Los Gauchos or a confirmation for later booking of the cancelled trip due to acts of nature, road conditions, insufficient number of participants or other conditions. This shall constitute full settlement with you.

Los Gauchos Outfitters is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred because of a cancelled tour, sickness, travel delays, or flight cancellations, including non-refundable lodging deposits and non-refundable "advance purchase" air tickets.

A guest may be asked to leave a trip if a guide feels that their continuing participation may prove harmful to that person or to the well being of other guests. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by such guests.
